𝐀𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫: Being in a position of leadership I felt the stress and pressures, that oftentimes go unseen, firsthand. Some days it looked like I was just sitting and answering emails, but that was definitely not the case.

I started thinking about how I could help executives and new leaders manage burnout and stress with my own experience. 

I know that's not always enough, so here's what levels me up from the rest. My graduate degree can be leveraged here. I can use psychology to identify what your company culture strengths and needs are and help you make positive and lasting changes.
